Crime Fiction Week Review: The Perfect Murder

Spine-chilling short stories for long summer nights…

Featuring short stories from e-book bestsellers Paul Finch, Jacqui Rose and Mark Sennen and highly anticipated stories from Luca Veste and Michael Russell, this FREE short story collection will have you up all night.

Each short story is followed up by exclusive extracts of each of the authors’ upcoming titles.

I decided to download and review The Perfect Murder, a short story compilation from Avon's crime writers, as due to personal circumstances I've not managed to read and review as many of the crime fiction books this week as I'd planned.  The remaining books that I've been sent by publishers will be reviewed alongside the other review books I've currently got sat in my overflowing TBR pile....

This compilation is a real mix and shows that the crime fiction genre is varied and can cover many different topics... it's not all death and murder!  As well as a short story from each of the six authors, we're also treated to an extract from their next book as a teaser which includes Luca Veste's debut book, Dead Gone, which will be published in January 2014.

The stories include a bodged bank robbery and the criminals attempt to escape via a sewer tunnel, conspiracy theories, a murderous encounter on a deserted country road, a kidnapping ransom with a difference and much more.

If you love crime-fiction and are looking for a quick read, then why not download this free collection of short stories today.
