Irish Fiction Month Debut Spotlight: Mary Grehan

As much as I love reading books by established authors, I also love discovering new authors so I'm delighted to be able to introduce you to Mary Grehan whose debut novel, Love is the Easy Bit is being published by Penguin Ireland on April 4th.

Mary Grehan studied ceramics at the National College of Art and Design, Dublin and arts management at University College Dublin. She went on to become an arts manager and now specialises in the area of arts and health. Mary is Arts Director of the Waterford Healing Arts Trust, Ireland’s leading arts and health programme based at Waterford Regional Hospital.

Born in Dublin, Mary has travelled widely including south east Asia and south America. She lived in Kyoto, Japan, in the early 90s where she taught English and studied Japanese calligraphy. She now lives in Co. Waterford.
