Three of Ireland's bestselling authors have come together to bring readers an entertaining collection of holiday-themed short stories that take us across the globe from Ireland to the Caribbean.  And the topics covered are varied too, from relationship breakdowns to new romances, mistaken identity to internet dating, some of these stories will definitely make you smile whilst others have a slightly more serious undertone to them.

One of my favourites has to be Flying High by Marisa Mackle which had me snorting with laughter as I could picture the opening scenario so vividly...

And if you're a fan of Niamh Greene's Demented Housewife series then you'll be pleased to hear that Susie and her family make a brief appearance on a family holiday to France with all the dramas you can expect to find from them!

I have to be honest though and say that although I did enjoy this collection, a couple of the stories did feel a little rushed so maybe there could have been fewer stories included and instead a couple of longer length stories.

Although Irish Girls on Holiday has a tagline of 'the perfect poolside read', this is a collection of stories that can be enjoyed at anytime, anywhere.

I'd like to thank Michelle Jackson for sending me a copy of the eBook to review.
