As it's almost the weekend I have decided that there's no better way to celebrate than by hosting another giveaway. So on offer today is a copy of Killer Affair by Rebecca Chance that I recently received but as Emma was already reviewing it, you can read her review here, I put it aside for a giveaway prize as realistically I won't be in a position to read it myself for quite some time as my TBR piles are in danger of toppling over 📚📚📚
A shocking betrayal deserves a wicked revenge . . .
Stunning, charismatic Lexy O’Brien is the reigning queen of British reality TV. Her life in front of the camera is planned and manipulated as successfully as any military assault.
But success breeds jealousy. When you’re on top, the only way is down and there’s always someone standing by to give you a shove . . .
Dowdy Caroline Evans, a part-time blogger and writer of erotic fiction, is brought in to chronicle Lexy’s life. Being taken under Lexy’s wing is a dream come true for Caroline. But sampling the star’s lifestyle is like tasting the most addictive of drugs, and it’s not long before she is craving what she can’t possibly have – or can she?
And as Caroline and Lexy’s lives and loves become increasingly entwined, it’s only a matter of time before the hidden rivalry becomes a powder keg waiting to explode . . .
As with all giveaways on the blog, this one is open to existing followers of the blog as a thank you for your support. The winner will be selected at random when the giveaway ends and contacted for their postal address to post the book to them. NB. Please do not add details of this giveaway to other sites without my permission.

I love reading books where one character is a writer, because I think (rightly or wrongly) that it must give a realistic impression of what the writer's own life is like. That's something that really intrigues me - how they come up with their ideas, how they manage to carry them through from the beginning to end of the book, how they intertwine the plots and sub plots, and reading about fictional writers helps me to form a picture of it all.
ReplyDeleteThanks for the chance of winning Sharon. I always love Rebecca's books. Lx
