Regular followers of the blog will know that I'm a huge supporter of Karen Sullivan and Orenda Books so when I was invited by Anne from Random Things Tours to take part in the blog tour for Rod Reynold's latest book Black Reed Bay blog tour I didn't hesitate to say yes even though I'm still in the midst of a reading slump. Thankfully I am still able to show my support by hosting a giveaway for the chance to win a paperback copy which I'm afraid has to be restricted to UK residents only this time.

As part of my 50th birthday celebrations in January I treated myself to a monthly Orenda Books subscription package from Berts Books. The chosen book for this month was Black Reed Bay which arrived last week (and as you can see in the photo below it came beautifully packaged as always) which has now been added onto my ever increasing TBR pile to read once my mojo comes back.
